To ensure the long-term sustainability and accessibility of all published scholarly work, PSEJ employs a multi-layered digital archiving strategy:

Primary Preservation Systems: The entire content of the journal is routinely archived through global digital preservation systems, including the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS.
National Repositories: All metadata and full-text content are indexed and permanently archived within Indonesia’s national scholarly repositories, including GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital).
Self-Archiving: PSEJ permits authors to distribute the "Published PDF" version of their work in their own institutional repositories immediately upon publication.
